Dr. Chris Cuozzo has more than 35 years of experience in education, mostly teaching English in Virginia.   During this time, he has taught every grade from 5-12, as well as undergraduate composition classes and graduate courses in education.  He has a BA in English and a MA Ed in English Education from the College of William and Mary, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Virginia.  Currently, he serves as an instructional facilitator in the Secondary English and Reading Office in Loudoun County Public Schools, where he supports English teachers at their 20 high schools.  He first joined VATE in 1991.
