NCTE Promising Young Writers Awards

The Promising Young Writers Program of the National Council of Teachers of English recognizes eighth graders for superior achievement in writing. All nomination forms for the Promising Young Writers program need to be mailed to NCTE in Urbana, Illinois, by January 25 with the $5.00 fee for each student nominated.

All writing samples must be sent to Carol Blauvelt at 9808 Montyville Drive, Manassas, VA 20111 with a copy of the nomination form by January 25 as well.
